Here at Grainline we specialise in manufacturing bespoke hardwood products. All of what we manufacture is bespoke by style and design.

Delivery & Installation
Grainline offers a full installation service for all products or a delivery only option for those who have a qualified installer.
​
Window & Doors: This includes sealing the exterior face using an exterior frame grade silicone sealant and patching any plaster that may be disturbed during the installation.
​
Gates: For gate installation Grainline also works closely with automation companies should you require your gates to be controlled remotely.
​
Staircases: Staircase installation includes glass templating & installation.
​
Kitchens: As part of Grainline we offer "Dry-Fit" installation services for our kitchen cabinetry, this means we will install cabinetry and worktops without getting involved in electrics, plumbing and tiling etc.
Our sister brand Little Tree Kitchens offers a full kitchen design, supply & installation service which does include everything you need for your kitchen including electrics, plumbing, plastering and tiling along with anything else you may require.

Fitted Furniture: When installing fitted furniture lighting may be required as part of the design, therefore we regularly work alongside electricians prior to the installation to ensure cables and power are in the correct location for us to connect the lighting during installation.

Disposal: All installations carried out by Grainline include disposal of any existing products we remove in preparation for the new products to be installed unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Only: Our delivery only option is available for all products and will be charged according to the distance and number of trips from our workshop. This will be discussed during the design & planning stage of the project.
Our 5 Step Process
Step 1 - Survey: Our first step is to complete a site survey where we take measurements, discuss designs, materials, finishes and timeline.
Step 2 - Design & Quotation: Secondly we head back to our workshop to complete CAD drawings based on our discussion, along with producing a quotation for the scope of work. You will then receive our Design & Quotation email containing all necessary documents, this will also include an accurate lead time for your project.
Step 3 - Manufacturing: Once the design has been approved we proceed to our manufacturing stage, this is where we turn rough sawn timber into your products. We will keep you up to date throughout the process and can send images of the progress of your project if requested.
Step 4 - Quality Check: Following the completion of manufacturing we conduct our 5 point quality check to ensure the product meets our quality standards before leaving the workshop.
Step 5 - Installation / Delivery: Our final stage is to install or deliver your products, this includes packaging or protecting the items as required. After installation we check over the products with our clients and sign off once complete. Delivered items are to be signed for upon receipt.
